Practical Mental Health Support for Individuals, Workforces and Organisations
One Company. Two Focused Brands.
Addressing mental health from both sides — supporting individuals directly and helping organisations create safer, more informed workplaces.
The Brave Mind Project was established to address mental health from both sides: supporting individuals directly and helping organisations create safer, more informed workplaces.
Through Man Counsellor, people can access private counselling and practical mental health tools. Through FIFO Mind Connect, organisations can strengthen workforce capability, psychosocial awareness and early intervention.

What Connects The Brands
Built Around Practical Support
Our brands operate in different environments, but they are built on the same foundation: support and education that people can understand, access and use in the real world.
Practical
Support should lead to something useful. We focus on clear conversations, relevant education and actions people can apply in real situations.
Accessible
People and organisations should be able to reach the right support without unnecessary complexity, jargon or avoidable barriers.
Experienced
Our work is informed by counselling, organisational leadership, veteran experience and more than a decade inside FIFO and remote operations.
Preventative
Earlier recognition and better responses can reduce the likelihood of pressure, conflict and psychosocial concerns escalating further.
Different audiences. Different services. The same commitment to making mental health support more practical.
